I find excuses to use this balsamic and have definitely eaten more salads because of it! It is so tasty with a nice full texture - a nice subtle hint of sweetness too (I think... I'm no chef, but this sh** is good). I ordered it as soon as I was running low, even as my other balsamic sit idly in the cabinet.
